Geo, I'm really sorry that you're having problem with your site and that you haven't been able to get help. Unfortunately, I don't see any messages in the support system from the email address we have on file for you. Are you emailing support@jimdo.com and/or pro@jimdo.com? Those are the only support addresses that would work...

I just took a look at your site, and I didn't seem to have any problems editing the site. What web browser are you using?

Hi again
I have tried to send to the pro e-mail adress that i got in a new letter from you but that link didnt work

It would appear I can deleate anything from my web pages with little or no problem
Picture uploads are very hit and miss, about 3 out of 10 will load on a good day
Text alterations or additions are not posible at all, In all cases the problem seems to be with uploading, the upload icon is just going round and round I have tried again this evening to load/change, just one word, it tried to upload that word for over 10 mins.
At no time am i given the opertunity to save any changes,I assume thats because the interface never finishes trying to load
I usualy use IE7 I have tried IE8 and Firefox its the same on them all

Geo,

Let me address the first part. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "you tried to send to the pro-email address" that you got in a new letter?

Just open up your email program or whatever you use to write email, and write an email explaining your exact problems to the email address pro@jimdo.com

As for the rest, I'm not sure what could be causing such an odd problem no matter if you're using IE7, IE&, or Firefox. It sounds like it could be your internet connection that's timing out... Would you be able to test it from somewhere else?

Geo,

For the email, it sounds like maybe you shouldn't use that link since it may not work with your email account. Just type in pro@jimdo.com into your regular email account.

That sounds like a very odd problem you're having, I think we'll need more information to figure it out. I don't experience any similar problems on my end, your site works completely fine (even editing)... Email us with more information about your computer set-up, and we'll see what we can do.

It Works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many thanks are due to Christian in particular and the Jimdo Pro Team in general
it has been sorted in double quick time and in a very professional manner :D

Faulty e-mails/links (on my part) were the reason for Jimdo not revieving my original complaint :?
Changes made by my domain registrar appear to have caused the conflict and the breakdown of my editor
But a work around has me up and running again
Lisa tells me the teams been up for 3 days and nights sorting this. and asks if they can go home now for a well earned rest :D
I think so!!
A little early but Id like to be the first to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year at Jimdo
I know i will have one now im sorted
a very happy
