Hi there,

as I can see you've already ordered JimdoPro. :)

So all you need to do now is to change your domain settings. I guess you've received some information and login data from your provider when you bought your domain. Usually, these login data provides access to an online administration panel where you can see your contract details and your registered domains. Search for the term "DNS settings" or "name server entries". If you find it: Great, just change the existing settings to ns1.jimdo.com and ns2.jimdo.com. If you don't find anything that has to do with name servers please ask your provider for help.

In some cases providers even require their customers to send a form via mail or fax if they want to change the name servers. However, when it comes to what you need to enter we're the "team in charge" but regarding all questions on where to change the settings and whether you can change them at all you need to contact your provider. :)

Of course, if you're experiencing any problems please let us know and we're happy to help you. Just contact us via our contact form or directly at support@jimdo.com.

Best regards,
Stefanie

Dear Jimdo,

Does this mean you will take care of hosting the website? Will you be doing the same with my e-mail ?

Thanks

Dear Shahab

we're sorry, but it seems that you have not changed the nameserver to ns1.jimdo.com and ns2.jimdo.com yet.

They are currently set to ns3.i-webserver.co.uk and ns4.i-webserver.co.uk; so in order to get set up properly, we kindly urge you to change them. After that please try to access your Jimdo page by typing in your domain name "carculture.co.uk" into the address bar of your browser.

My colleague Steffi has been emailing you replies, also to the alternative email address you've provided. We don't want you to get the impression we're not interested in your problems, yet please understand that we can only ask you to change the nameserver if you want to use your Jimdo page the way you intended.

Please give us a feedback on your status since it is of great interest to us to support your needs and demands as good as we can.

Also, don't hesitate to write us again, if you come across any other issue that needs our attention - we're always happy to help!

All the best,

Lisa
