Tables
Tables are a great way to present information in a clear, easy to understand form.
Let's say you have a lawn care company, and you want to make a website to show off everything your company can do. When you get started, you make sure to write a nice, short-but-snappy intro on how great your company is, and include a gorgeous picture of the work you've done. Like this:
That's a great start - but what about listing the services you provide? You could of course just include them as a list, or draw attention to them with bullet points:
- Lawn Mowing
- Hedge Trimming
- Fertilizing
- Pathways
That's fine if you just want to list the services. But if you want to give a brief definition, too, there is a better way.
A table can help you structure the information clearly:

Lawn Mowing |
We'll cut your grass and more |
|
| Hedge Trimming | Your hedges have never looked better | |
| Fertilizing | Give your grass that extra 'oomph' | |
The great thing about the Jimdo Table element is its flexibility. Tables can be simple or complicated, in color or black and white, with borders or without.
