Logging In

Having trouble logging in? Read on for some help with getting into your JimdoPage.

 

Have you already signed up for Jimdo?

If you haven't signed up for Jimdo yet, that's the first step to making your own website. Sign up easily >>

 

Note: To be able to use Jimdo, your browser needs to have cookies enabled. 

 

Have you already received your login information?

If you've signed up for Jimdo, you will receive an email from us soon after. It lists your site's URL, which you chose during the signup process, your temporary password, and it contains some other useful tips.

 

If the email address that you signed up with is correct, and after five or ten minutes you still have not received your confirmation email, try checking your "Spam" folder. Since the confirmation emails are automated, sometimes they get mistaken for being spam.

 

If you have checked that the email that you provided for us is correct, that the confirmation email is not in your spam folder, and it's still not in your regular inbox, send us a message and we will send you the confirmation email again.

 

Have you gone to your Jimdo site yet?

Your site's web address is in the registration email that we sent you. Your Jimdo site's address is based on the username you selected, in this format: http://username.jimdo.com

 

If you signed up for JimdoPro or JimdoBusiness, your site's address is the domain name you picked in the order process.

 

 

Are you logging in for the first time?

 

The login link is in the lower right corner of your Jimdo site.

 

Are you receiving an "incorrect password" error message?

 

Oops! Can't remember your password? Retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. You'll need the email address associated with your Jimdo account.

 

Can't find the login link on your Jimdo site?

Are you a JimdoPro or JimdoBusiness user? Then you may have disabled your login link in the settings of your JimdoPage. You can still login at:

 

http://yourusername.jimdo.com/login or http://yourdomain.com/login

 

If you'd like to get the login link back, you can re-enable it in the "Settings" menu in the "Login" section.

 

If you're not a JimdoPro or JimdoBusiness user, it really is there. Check again, you may have missed it.

 

In most layouts, the login link is located on the right at the bottom of your site.
