  • How do I upgrade to JimdoPro if I already have a free Jimdo site?

To change from JimdoFree to JimdoPro, log on to your Jimdo page and click on the Upgrade button in the sidebar on the right. You'll be taken through the upgrade process, step by step.

  • I have already registered a domain. Can I use it with JimdoPro?

Yes, you certainly can. There are different ways to set this up. if you already own a domain name, there are three different methods to direct it to your Jimdo site. You can also transfer your domain to us. You read about how it all exactly works in the Jimdo help section.

  • How many email accounts does JimdoPro include?

Each JimdoPro account comes with one email account and three email aliases (forwarding addresses). You can also purchase additional email accounts.  More information about JimdoPro email is available in the Jimdo help section.

  • How long does a JimdoPro account last?

When you sign up for a JimdoPro account, it is for one year. At the very latest, one month before the year is over, you can simply cancel (by email) or the account will renew automatically.

JimdoPro, including all features, costs just per month (no hidden costs!) and is paid annually.
