First of you all, you need to log into your Jimdo account by clicking the "Login" link at the bottom of your Jimdo page.
If you're logging in for the first time, you'll need to check the box to indicate you've read and accepted Jimdo's Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
Then, enter your password in the box that appears, then click on the "Login" button right below. Now you are logged in and can start editing your website!
System Requirements
(click the link above for more detailed information about system requirements)
In general, all you need for using Jimdo is an internet connection and a web browser. As a browser, we recommend the Mozilla Firefox (from version 1.0 on), though Jimdo also works with the Internet Explorer (from version 6.0 on), the Opera browser (from version 8.0 on) and the Netscape Navigator (from version 7.0 on).
It is necessary that JavaScript and cookies are activated in your browser - which is already the case by default, most of the time, you'll only have to worry about it if you have issues with your Jimdo page.
Furthermore, you should have the latest version of the Flash Player installed. Click here to check which version you've got. If you need a newer version, you can get it here.
If there are any further problems, try to change the settings of your internet security software (e.g. firewall or ad blockers).
