How do I resize pictures?

If you'd like to change the size of your pictures without having to learn how to use a complex image editing program, you can try some of the following tools:

• Image Resizer (Windows only). With this tool by Microsoft, you can even resize an entire folder of pictures at once.
• Picnik (browser-based, no download necessary)
• Aviary (more complex, browser-based, no download necessary)
