Password-Protected Areas

  1. To create a password-protected area, log into your Jimdo site, then click on Settings button in the control panel on the right.
  2. Select "Password Protected Areas" which is in the Website subsection.
  3. Choose "Add new password protected area"
  4. You can choose a name for this set of protected pages and a password.
  5. Check the pages you'd like to protect, then click the "Save" button.

If visitors try to access one of the protected pages, they will see a login form on which they needs to enter the area's password to advance to the actual page.
