I didn't receive a confirmation mail
In case you didn't receive a confirmation mail after successfully registering your Jimdo account, simply write an e-mail to support@jimdo.com and we will send your account data to you again.
Why do I get strange e-mails via my newsletter system?
If you have a newsletter system integrated on your Jimdo page, it may happen that spam mails get sent via the newsletter form (e.g. newsletter recipients that are using your e-mail address). You can confidently ignore these e-mails, and the addresses will not be included in your mailing list.
We are working on the issue and hope that we can further improve the spam filter, to keep this problem from occuring.
