Upgrade within your JimdoPage

If you already have a JimdoFree site and want to upgrade, there's no need to start from scratch - all of your existing content remains intact when you upgrade. Login to your JimdoPage and select the Upgrade button on the right - an overview of JimdoPro and JimdoBusiness packages will appear. Select Order Now to begin the upgrade process.

Upgrade from the Package Overview

You can also order JimdoBusiness directly from the package overview main page. After you've selected "More Information" under the JimdoBusiness option, you'll be instructed to choose a domain name. The steps in the section below will provide an overview of securing a new domain or using an existing one. Once you've secured a domain name, you can choose to create a new JimdoBusiness site or upgrade an existing JimdoFree site.

Choose a Domain Name

New Domain

In the upgrade window, you'll see a suggestion for a domain name. You can check to see any of the domain names you're interested in are available. Once you've decided, click on "order now".

Using an Existing Domain

If you already have a domain name registered that you'd like to use with your JimdoBusiness site, you can enter it here. You'll see a message that the domain is not available, but you can confirm that you're the domain owner, and continue with the upgrade process. Take a look at our instructions for using an existing domain with JimdoBusiness.

Complete the Upgrade

Once you've secured your domain, select "next" to complete your order. Double-check the domain name at the top of the page and select a one-year or two-year subscription. Enter your billing information to complete the purchase.
