How to Retrieve Your Password

You deleted your signup email, changed your password or simply forgot what was your password? That's no problem: Just open your Jimdo site and click the login link as usual. In the box that opens and where you usually enter your password, you'll find a "forgot your password?" link.

Click that link and enter the email address which is associated with your Jimdo account. This is usually the email address which you entered at signup, unless you have changed it.


Can't remember the email address you signed up with? The email isn't correct anymore, or you misspelled it when signing up? Just drop us a mail, we'll find a way to help you.
