Keyword Analysis
You should first think about one thing: Who would search for your Jimdo-Page on the Internet? Which terms would they use? It’s important to think from the point of view of potential visitors, because they might use different terms than you would.
When you’re finished, you can create your so-called keyword list of both individual terms and the combination of several terms.

In addition, you should think about two short, striking sentences that describe the content of your Jimdo-Page quite well. You should then use these sentences for the “Description” , located under “Jimdo-Account”.
Optimize your Jimdo-Page
The terms in your keyword list should all appear on your website. Furthermore, search engines valuate terms much higher if they appear in the title than in the text. Here is a preference list:
- In the title of the page
- In a menu item
- In a heading and
- In the text
In addition, you should save the terms in the tags under “Jimdo-Account”.
Links to other websites
It is especially important for search engines that other Internet pages are linked to your page. So, try to place as many links as possible on your Jimdo-Page.
