A new comment on the blog? Another order on your online shop? Thanks to the new notifications you’re always informed in real-time about any important notifications on your website. If you have JimdoPro or JimdoBusiness you will also find a new, easy-to-use and personal support area in the menu.
The new notifications are your own personal messaging service. Whether it’s store orders, new entries in the guestbook or comments in the blog—you’ll immediately know if something exciting happens on your website.
Maybe you’ve already seen it: When you log in to your Jimdo website, you can see a small bell icon on the upper right-hand side. For news, there’s a small blue circle showing you the number of new notifications. If you click on it, you then get a preview and are directed straight to the corresponding area on your website.
New menu area “Questions”
JimdoPro and JimdoBusiness users will also find a new category called “Questions”. Here you can see all your previous questions to us, with our responses all in one place. So you can look over them again at any time.
Do you have any new questions that we haven’t answered on our help pages? Just contact us directly via the “Questions” menu item. As soon as your request has been completely resolved, you can mark the question as “solved”, or re-open it, if you have more questions.
A New Way to Contact Support
Our Support Center is still the quickest one-stop-shop for all topics related to your website. But if you don’t see what you’re looking for, try this new way of getting in touch. Instead of sending us an email, JimdoPro and JimdoBusiness users can send us a message right from your website menu. Just click on Questions to start the conversation. That way we can help you with even more individualized information, as quickly as possible!
