You\u2019ll see a new <strong>Templates<\/strong> option there.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Click<strong> Templates &gt; Save draft as template &gt; Save as new template<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Give your template a name and hit <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sending_a_template\"><\/span>Sending a template<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your Gmail template is now ready to send out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click <strong>Compose<\/strong> and click the three dots at the bottom right.<\/li><li>Choose <strong>Templates<\/strong> and select your template.<\/li><li>Your template will now be in the body of your email draft.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tweak your template as needed and hit <strong>Send<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"jimdo-alert\"><strong>Have you set up an automatic email signature?<\/strong> Save your templates without the signature. Otherwise, it will appear twice in emails made from templates.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Use_labels_to_get_more_out_of_Gmail\"><\/span>Use labels to get more out of Gmail<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to organize your inbox even further, try adding labels to your incoming emails. Labels can help&nbsp; you find all communication with a certain client or about a certain project. Alternatively, you can create labels for incoming store orders, invoices you have sent or potential new clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding labels to your emails can be great for tracking your invoices. By checking your \u201cInvoice sent\u201d label, for example, you\u2019ll know exactly which client should receive your \u201cPayment reminder\u201d Gmail template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how you add a label to an email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the email you want to label<\/li><li>On desktop, click the label icon shown just above the email.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Choose an existing label or click \u201cCreate new\u201d to add a new label.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a label is added, you can find all emails with that label in the left menu.
