From employee to his own brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tom has over 17 years of experience as a vehicle appraiser. In 2025, he took the next logical step: becoming self-employed under his own name with a completely new brand identity, a new hall for inspections with a lifting platform, and a large dose of courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a father in a blended family with three children, he particularly appreciates his newfound freedom. Being able to manage his own time is enormously valuable for him and his family life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tom now attends the events regularly. He makes genuine connections there and consciously invests in building long-term relationships. For him, this is the foundation for sustainable success. And you can see that in his customer base, which is growing through personal recommendations. Without any big online campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regional identity plays a major role in everything he does: from the website and advertising materials to sponsoring a local race car driver. Tom deliberately invests in his community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
