Jetzt baust du Holzterrassen, Schuhregale und K\u00fcchentische in Hamburg &#8211; wie kam es zu dieser 180-Grad-Wendung?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe immer gerne gearbeitet, aber am Ende war irgendwie die Luft raus. Mir ging es auf den Keks, st\u00e4ndig unterwegs zu sein. Sonntagabend sa\u00dfen alle im Stadtpark und ich war auf dem Weg zum Flughafen. Also hab ich meinen Job gek\u00fcndigt. Und dann bin ich eher zuf\u00e4llig auf ein Portal gesto\u00dfen, auf dem man seine Fertigkeiten als Handwerker anbieten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du bist also rein zuf\u00e4llig zum Handwerk gekommen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicht wirklich. Ich hab immer schon gerne gebastelt, habe ein Faible f\u00fcr Holz und bin, wie sagt man so sch\u00f6n, &#8222;praktisch veranlagt&#8220;. Also hab ich spa\u00dfeshalber einfach mal ein paar Auftr\u00e4ge angenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Und das hat dir dann so gut gefallen, dass du dabei geblieben bist?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kann man so sagen, ja. Zwei Dinge haben mich total \u00fcberrascht: Erstens, wie gro\u00df der Bedarf ist und zweitens, wie gut sich die Dankbarkeit anf\u00fchlt, die einem sofort entgegengebracht wird!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worauf legst du bei der Ausf\u00fchrung deiner Arbeit am meisten Wert?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben einem professionellen Ergebnis ist mir der pers\u00f6nliche bis sogar freundschaftliche Kontakt sehr wichtig. Wenn mein Kunde sagt: \u201cDen Alex haben wir gerne hier\u201d, dann ist das f\u00fcr mich das sch\u00f6nste Lob \u00fcberhaupt. Was war f\u00fcr dich pers\u00f6nlich bisher die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung in Bezug auf das Craft Cafe Hamburg?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hatte die Leidenschaft, die Motivation und auch die Begabung, aber mir fehlte es am Anfang an Erfahrung. Ich habe nachts oft wach gelegen und mir \u00fcberlegt, wie ich ein bestimmtes Projekt am besten angehe. Zu Beginn hat mich das wirklich viel besch\u00e4ftigt, durch Kollegen und eigene Recherchen habe ich aber schnell dazu gelernt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inwiefern hat dich das gepr\u00e4gt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Nachhinein hat mir das vor allem eins gezeigt: Wenn du wirklich f\u00fcr etwas brennst, ist das erstmal wichtiger, als die F\u00e4higkeiten an sich. Ich habe zum Beispiel letztens erst ein Kinderzimmer gebaut. An sich nichts unglaublich Originelles, aber als ich die Begeisterung der Eltern gesehen habe und wie das Kind die M\u00f6bel nutzt &#8211; da geht mir einfach das Herz auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00fcckblickend war es also definitiv die richtige Entscheidung, in das Abenteuer Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit zu starten?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolut. Wenn ich abends Feierabend mache, sind es diese kleinen Momente der Dankbarkeit, die mir immer wieder bewusst machen, warum ich diese Arbeit so gerne mache.
