Daher haben wir die AGB gek\u00fcrzt, vereinheitlicht und vereinfacht, damit ihr auf Anhieb die richtigen Informationen findet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_sind_die_Vorteile\"><\/span>Was sind die Vorteile?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben insbesondere drei Aspekte in den AGB optimiert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wir haben die L\u00e4nge unserer allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen deutlich komprimiert, sodass sie einfacher zu lesen und zu verstehen sind.<\/li><li>Dar\u00fcber hinaus befinden sich die Bedingungen f\u00fcr alle Jimdo Produkte (Logo Creator, Domain, Statistiken, Brancheneintr\u00e4ge, etc.) jetzt gesammelt in einem Hauptdokument.<\/li><li>Und nicht zuletzt m\u00fcssen neue Nutzer*innen nun nicht mehr den Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) ausdrucken und an Jimdo senden, da diese gemeinsam mit den AGB akzeptiert werden kann.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_aendert_sich_fuer_euch_als_Jimdo_Nutzer\"><\/span>Was \u00e4ndert sich f\u00fcr euch als Jimdo Nutzer?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurz gesagt: F\u00fcr euch als Jimdo Nutzer \u00e4ndert sich nichts \u2013<strong> euer Vertrag bleibt unangetastet und ihr k\u00f6nnt unsere Produkte und Features wie gehabt verwenden. <\/strong>Deshalb m\u00f6chten wir euch das Akzeptieren unserer neuen AGB so einfach wie m\u00f6glich machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Was_sind_die_Hauptaenderungen\"><\/span>Was sind die Haupt\u00e4nderungen?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Von den \u00c4nderungen sind <strong>alle Rechtstexte von Jimdo<\/strong> betroffen \u2013 darunter die Jimdo Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen, die Jimdo Datenschutzhinweise sowie die Jimdo Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag. Das sind die Haupt\u00e4nderungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/jimdo-legal.zendesk.com\/hc\/de\/articles\/4414668143508\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen (AGB<\/a>) wurden komplett \u00fcberarbeitet und vereinheitlicht.<\/li><li>Die AGB f\u00fcr die verschiedenen Jimdo Produkte (Logo Creator, Domain, Statistiken, Brancheneintr\u00e4ge, etc.) sind jetzt alle unter einem Link abrufbar.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr Besucher der Website jimdo.com und f\u00fcr Jimdo Benutzer gibt es jetzt separate Datenschutzhinweise.<\/li><li>Die Datenschutzhinweise sind jetzt verst\u00e4ndlicher, da unn\u00f6tige Details entfernt wurden.<\/li><li>Unser Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) wurde erheblich gek\u00fcrzt und kann jetzt zusammen mit den Jimdo AGB akzeptiert werden.
